by Stephen Wicks Not sure if you care or not, but Starbucks has announced that they will be letting go their contract with AT&T and will be allowing Google to offer WiFi to their customers. The Google service is reported to be ten times faster than what is currently offered in their stores. AT&T has reported that they offered a plan for Starbucks that also included a service which is ten times faster than what they are currently offering but apparently, Starbucks decided to go with Google. Many people use the WiFi service at Starbucks on a daily basis. It is a very popular location for people to go and take their laptops, have a drink of coffee, and get some work done. Faster internet speeds are becoming more and more important as we use our mobile devices for things that require faster speeds. Movies, music, games, and emailing large files require a faster speed and we are getting accustomed to our internet being lightning fast. Remember the day of dial-up? Boy, does that seem like ages ago. If you want to know more information about Starbucks and Google's deal, click here for the complete article. We are proud to announce that we have started a new contest on our Facebook page that will allow non-profit agencies to register to win a free custom designed website. The winners will be randomly chosen. Most non-profits that aren't chosen will be given the option of using a 25% discount if they so choose. "I wanted a way to give back to the many non-profits that are out there doing good works for the community. I know that many of them are challenged with budget issues and this is a small way in which I can give back to them." said Stephen Wicks, CEO. Interested non-profits can register on the company's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/StephenWicksInternetDevelopmentCompany/app_474477662635277 by Stephen Wicks This is absolutely hilarious. Check it out and let me know what you think. It looks like Samsung and LG think that there is a market for these ultra high priced units. Do you think that they are worth the $14,000 price tag?
