I am very happy to announce that Twitter has undergone a little transformation of sorts. The company has changed the flow of how we tweet and read tweets on their website. You can now click on a tweet and be able to view a picture or video directly within the post. This is a major improvement. Twitter also has introduced "brand pages" for businesses. This will allow businesses to have a Twitter presence that looks more like traditional brand pages on other social media websites. Here is a video that explains how the new Twitter page looks for regular users. What do you think? Do you like the new changes? Will you use Twitter any more or less now that they have changed the interface? Comment below and let me know. Stephen Wanted: Experienced Commissioned Salesperson 12/06/2011

If interested call us at : 1-866-962-9991 or email Stephen Wicks at stephen@stephenwicks.com As a small business owner, it is very important to capture EVERY lead that may come into your website. You just never know which one will become your next big client or new customer. One very savvy way to make sure you're prospects always reach you is by having a "Live Chat" option on your website. This option is not for every business of course, however; some businesses have a lot of competition and these days customers have very short patience and even shorter attention spans. In the past, it may have been an okay thing for clients to wait for your answer to their question via email or a returned phone call, but today it's becoming much more common for those potential clients to simply move on to the next website where they can get their questions answered more quickly. There are a few decent "Live Chat" options out there. Two decent options that I know of are a hosted chat software from LiveChat.Com and a downloaded software option from CoffeeCup.Com. The LiveChat.Com option is good for those website owners who don't know too much about coding or html. The CoffeeCup.Com software is good for website developers who know a little coding and have html experience. These are two good options to help you stay on top of leads when they visit your website in real time. Ultimately, you have to do your own investigation and pick the software option that makes the most sense for YOUR business. Competition is stiff these days and every little bit helps keep you in business! Yes. You are a small business owner. You are one of the few people in your community who does not rely on a paycheck to survive and feed your family. Your money comes from your own efforts. If business is great, your pay is great. However; if business is bad, your pay can be non-existent! I found a great blog post that explains this cycle in detail. Read the article and let me know what you think.
